		<description>Great post. It is very frustrating when new coehnoltgy comes around and it cannot provides access via subtitles or closed captioning. There are still examples of this even on HD TV channels vs SD channel counterpart which does provide subtitles or closed captioning.The other frustrating thing is often the coehnoltgy companies do support subtitles and captioning but it is the content providers that do not supply it to the customer.  The best example I know of first hand is iTunes. I have an iPhone that supports closed captioning when it is available but I have downloaded little because such little content is provided with CC.</description>
